All About Me
I grew up in a small town in Montana. My upbringing led me to have a deep fondness for mountains, water, the seasons, animals, and rural, agricultural based surroundings. My husband's Navy obligations brought us here to Whidbey Island and I have so enjoyed getting to know the area and all it has to offer.
My baseline personality has been described as bubbly and energetic. Other characteristics include being warm, genuine, attentive, and caring. I am also known to have a dry sense of humor and to be sarcastic at times. I am active and engaged in all dialogue with my clients while being dedicated to holding space for your voice to shine.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, dog, and two cats, being active and outside whether I am hiking, running, lifting weights, on the water, doing yoga, or any type of exploring. Nature and movement are so essential to my self-care! Additionally, I love coffee, eating all types of food, and watching HGTV. My favorite animal is a dog or tiger, I absolutely love rainbows, unicorns and glitter, and ever since I can remember I have been passionate about helping others.
